I. HISTORIC RAIL CAR

1. Explore and identify best sites for historic rail car and initiate appropriate site measures

2. Mothball, weatherize, protect and restore the donated car, clean up other cars as barter opportunity

3. Plan Tourism aspect and with respect to siting and site plans

4. Plan and hold food, transportation and historical based fundraisers

5. Invite local politicians to stump speech/debate from the rail car on their green agenda

6. Include Waypoint, Scenic Waterfront and Bartonsville Bridge salvage publicity – photo ops

J. LOCALVORE DEPOT AND RESTAURANT

1. Explore collaboration with youth education, River Valley Tech, Youth Services, Local High Schools, and Food Hub

– local food aggregation and storage, and distribution and processing/value added

(County Jail & Farm Site), Windham County (Windham Farm and Food Network), Bratt has Food Bank warehouse,
